After moving to Newcastle from Sydney in 2012 we decided to take the plunge and build our dream home. We are a family of six and after countless trips to display homes, a modified version of the Heathcote 35 was the perfect choice. Now the fun begins.....
I received an email from EB and yes we have a construction certificate and have organised a meeting with EB to sign off on the final drawings (Thursday 16 May).
A little bit closer to finishing our admin stage....trying to be so patient.
